		<description><![CDATA[Susan, let us know if you visit... I can certainly point out some things that would seal the deal, hee hee... Fred and I originally wanted to retire to Maine, BUT Charleston has so much to offer. It has a huge art presence, which we both love, lots of art walks and events. Fabulous artists come to paint here, and its so much fun meeting them. We have beautiful galleries, great food (AWESOME FOOD!!!), a pleasant atmosphere (most of the time, summer, esp. July/Aug can be hot and humid, BUT winter we are outside every day)... we have great greenways to walk/bike, and fabulous grocery stores (high on my list). It&#039;s a fabulous city! Our Farmer&#039;s Market is one of the absolute best. Truly a treasure!!]]></description>
